  • All attending convention must pay registration fee.
  • Non-Members may join OSLHA prior to convention and use Member rate. See Membership/Insurance Form under "Membership."
  • Payment must accompany Pre-Registration Form.  Purchase orders are NOT accepted.  Must have payment to process application.
  • No confirmation, Notification of receipt of fees, nor Acceptance into a Short Course will be given before you arrive at the conference. You will receive notification if your request for a short course is denied due to full room capacity.
  • Course handouts will be provided by the speakers at convention.  Handouts, submitted to OSLHA by speakers, will be included on the website after Convention for convention registrants only.  Access information will be placed in registration packets.
