Instructions for Employers with Position Vacancy:
1. Your Position Vacancy Form will be available for review by prospective applicants at the Convention Recruitment Center. A sign-up sheet indicating the times that you will be available for interviewing will be located in the Center.
2. There is a $20.00 fee to file a Position Vacancy Form. If you will be available to interview at Convention, please specify. All checks/money orders should be made payable to OSLHA Recruitment. VISA/MasterCard accepted - please provide bankcard number, expiration date, and signature.
3. All forms will be filed at the Association business office for three months post Convention.
4. When you arrive at Convention, proceed to the Recruitment Center Booth in the Exhibit area for additional instructions. Employers must check in at the Center in order to guarantee interview time. Applicants will be able to sign up for 20 minute interview periods. The Recruitment Center desk will open Friday, 2:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Interview rooms will be available all day Friday and Saturday.
5. Copy and send the completed Position Vacancy Form
with check/money order made payable to OSLHA, or VISA/Mastercard information
by February 26, 2007
