Butler County’s School to Adult Life Transition (S.A.L.T.) Series is a FREE monthly series developed to provide a learning opportunity, along with the resources and guidance, to help families of child with disabilities and students (age 14-22) to navigate through transition from school to adult life. A complimentary series called Preparing, Empowering, and Planning for Adulthood (P.E.P.A) occurs concurrently for the students for which the program was developed. P.E.P.A. series information can be found with a separate event listing of its own.

Meetings take place on the 2nd Weds of every month from 6-7:30 pm at the Janet Clemmons Center, 282 N Fair Ave., Hamilton, OH 45011
