• Identify colleagues who can benefit from the information and opportunities OSLHA provides and Present them with a completed Referral Card.
  
  
• Instruct them to Submit Your OSLHA Membership Recruitment Card with their Membership form, or include your name and member number if they join OSLHA online.
  
  
• We will track your referral efforts throughout the 2011/12 membership year and advise you of your credit towards your 2012/13 membership dues before the 2012/13 membership year begins.

Remitting Your Referral Card

• Return Your OSLHA Membership Recruitment Card with Your OSLHA Membership form, or include your Referee's Name and OSLHA Member number when you join OSLHA online at www.ohioslha.org/m_join.htm
