Conference Exhibit Refund Policy

Due to the limited availability of exhibitor spaces and the short registration window for the 2026 Conference, no refunds are made available for exhibiting purchases.

Advertising & Sponsorship Refund Policy

Due to the advanced printing and advertising preparations to include the names and logos of our event advertisers and sponsors, no refunds are made available for advertising and/or sponsorship purchases.

Learning Academy Registrant Refund Policy

Due to immediate access to prerecorded content and resources, no refunds are made available for OSLHA Learning Academy purchases once payment is submitted. 

Live Conference Registrant/Attendee Refund Policy

  • In the unlikely event that Convention is cancelled by OSLHA due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.

 

  • Cancellation requests from convention registrants must be submitted in writing and emailed to OSLHA at oslhaoffice@ohioslha.org
  • Cancellation requests for the 2026 OSLHA Convention are unable to be refunded for any reason including, without limitation: lack of participation in courses, failure to attend due to illness, lack of employer approval for time away from work, travel-related problems, loss of employment, etc.

 

ATTENDEE SUBSTITUTIONS/REGISTRATION TRANSFERS

  • If a registered attendee is unable to attend for any reason, a different individual may be substituted to attend in their place.
  • It is the original registrant’s responsibility to notify OSLHA via email at oslhaoffice@ohioslha.org to arrange the substitution prior to the start of the event.
  • Failure to notify OSLHA of the substitution prior to the start of the event will result in registration cancellation.

 

 

Membership Refund Policy

Due to immediate access to locked membership content and resources, no refunds are made available for OSLHA membership purchases once payment is submitted. 

Liability Insurance Refund Policy

Due to immediate access to our professional liability insurance policy coverage, no refunds are made available for OSLHA liability insurance purchases once payment is submitted. 

Job Posting Refund Policy

Due to immediate publication of your job posting advertising, no refunds are made available for OSLHA job posting purchases once payment is submitted. 

Returned Check Policy

A $25 Return Check Fee may be assessed in the event of a returned check payment
