Conference Exhibit Refund Policy

OSLHA honors the following refund policy for conference exhibit space purchases:

Before February 1, 2024:
Full Refund, less $50, for refund requests received in writing postmarked by this date.

Between Feb 2 & Feb 15, 2024:
50% Refund, for refund requests received in writing postmarked between these dates.

After Feb 15, 2024:
No refunds will be issued for refund requests received after this date.

Advertising & Sponsorship Refund Policy

Due to the advanced printing and advertising preparations to include the names and logos of our event advertisers and sponsors, no refunds are made available for advertising and/or sponsorship purchases.

Learning Academy Registrant Refund Policy

Due to immediate access to prerecorded content and resources, no refunds are made available for OSLHA Learning Academy purchases once payment is submitted. 

Live Conference Registrant/Attendee Refund Policy

OSLHA honors the following refund policy for live conference registrant ticket purchases:

30 Calendar Days or More Prior to the Event Date:
Full Refund, less $50, for refund requests received in writing by 30 calendar days prior to the event start date.

29 -14 Calendar Days Prior to the Event Date:
50% Refund, for refund requests received in writing between 1 month and 2 weeks prior to the event start date.

13 Calendar Day or Less Prior to the Event Date:
No refunds are available for any reason, including; weather related issues, illness, injury, etc…as provisions and purchases have already been made in anticipation of your attendance.

Membership Refund Policy

Due to immediate access to locked membership content and resources, no refunds are made available for OSLHA membership purchases once payment is submitted. 

Liability Insurance Refund Policy

Due to immediate access to our professional liability insurance policy coverage, no refunds are made available for OSLHA liability insurance purchases once payment is submitted. 

Job Posting Refund Policy

Due to immediate publication of your job posting advertising, no refunds are made available for OSLHA job posting purchases once payment is submitted. 

Returned Check Policy

A $25 Return Check Fee may be assessed in the event of a returned check payment
